However, please note that rug colors, sizes, and patterns may vary slightly depending on the manufacturing process and the size of the rug ordered. Factors such as monitor resolutions and lighting conditions may also cause slight variations in color. Each handmade rug is a unique piece crafted by skilled artisans, and any imperfections are not considered defects.

Upon unrolling your new rug, you may notice some bunching, creases, and folded corners. These imperfections will naturally flatten out within 2-3 weeks of use. Here are some tips to help expedite the flattening process:

• Back Rolling: Unroll the rug with the backside facing up, then roll it back in the opposite direction. Allow it to sit rolled up in reverse for a day or two until it flattens out.
• Heavy Objects: Place heavy furniture or objects on the affected areas for a day or two to help flatten the rug.
• Heat: As a last resort, you can place the rug in a sunny outdoor area on a clear surface, allowing it to absorb the sun's heat for up to two hours to help flatten out creases.
• Blow Dryer: If outdoor space is not available, use a hair dryer on a medium setting to heat up the creases while holding it at a safe distance from the rug to avoid damage.

They are kid and pet-friendly, making them perfect for high-traffic areas like the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways. These contemporary rugs add a touch of sophistication to any space, and their water-resistant nature makes them easy to clean with a hose or spot treatment.

Please be aware that our rugs may arrive with temporary creases due to packaging and shipping. Allow some time for these creases to naturally flatten and settle.
