The most accurate colors possible are displayed in the images we provide. Rug colors, sizes, and patterns may vary slightly depending on how your rug is made and the size ordered. Due to different monitor resolutions and lighting, you may notice a slight difference in color. Each handmade rug is unique to the artisan who weaved it, and these should not be considered defects.

When you unroll your new rug, you may see some creases and bunching in the pile and around the corners. These waves will flatten within 2-3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. To help flatten your rug, you can try back rolling it or placing heavy objects on affected areas for a day or two. If the corners are sticking up, curl them back and place heavy objects on affected areas going the opposite way. As a last resort, you can use heat by placing the rug over a cleared concrete area during dry sunny conditions or using a blow dryer on affected areas.

Our rugs are made of 100% Polypropylene in Egypt and are designed to withstand everyday wear-and-tear. They are kid and pet friendly and perfect for high-traffic areas of your home such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways. We recommend pairing them with a nuLOOM non-slip rug pad for added safety. These rugs are easy to clean and maintain by regularly vacuuming and spot treating any mild stains with carpet cleaner. Please note that rugs may contain temporary creases upon arrival, so allow time for these to flatten and settle.
